Borac looking for a step forward in a duel against NEXE

Borac za korak naprijed, Nexe za prestiž

Nexe - Borac 9 (14/15)

Banja Luka will on Wednesday (20.55 CET) host SEHA GSS League's last match of the regular part of the season with home team Borac hosting Croatian vice-champions NEXE. For the team from Našice this match has no specific value speaking of result. They have already booked a place on League's Final tournament and will by that face Melsungen in EHF's Cup later this week. Borac would on the other side, with only a point move to eight place, ahead of Vojvodina which was few weeks earlier only a dream and a wish. Wins against Tatran and Metalurg have opened a chance for Borac to finish the season in a good way after all difficulties they were forced to work with during it. Important is to repeat that NEXE is and despite of the result will remain sixth.

Igor Rađenović, Borac m:tel's coach:

We're in a good form lately, playing good and feeling optimistic. We weill tomorrow play sixth positioned team which says much of their quality. Our goal is to finish the season in a good way, even against such good opponent and make our fans happy and proud - we owe them that after this season in which they were completely by our side.

Đorđe Ćelić, Borac m:tel's player:

NEXE plays good handball. We've played a good match against them which we have unfortunately in the end lost due to our mistakes. This time good defence will, along with fast transition be key for our success.

Zdenko Kordi, NEXE's coach:

Borac are playing only in SEHA GSS League preparing for domestic championship. That kind of rhytm allows them to work good and hard. Result are great performances lately... What I expect is a good match, as always amazing atmosphere in Banja Luka and that we'll do our best to stick with our plans in both attack and defence.

Josip Božić Pavletić, NEXE's player:

Final tournament placement is a big success for our club. That is an additional reason to take this match seriously, and do everything we can to reach 3 new points. That would be a good way to finish the regular part of the season.
