Horvat: “I feel like this was our best attacking performance“

Nexe

Nexe - Tatran Presov 27:22 (14:9)

(Tomic 7, Buvinic 4; Car 11 saves / Hrstka 3, Lapajne 3, Kosteski 3, Stranovsky 3)

Hrvoje Horvat, Nexe coach:
We prepared well for the match and I feel like this was our best attacking performance since I arrived here. Moreno Car was also excellent between posts and when we play like this it's really hard to beat us. I am happy fans were here for us and I hope they'll keep on coming to support us in the future as well.

Ante Gadza, Nexe player:
Another good performance after the match in Bucharest. However, season is still hard from over and we have to keep up the good form and prepare for all matches ahead of us.

Slavko Goluza, Tatran Presov coach:
End result is not that bad for us when we look back at our performance. We're dealing with some injuries but of course that's not an alibi. We opened the match well but then started making some really bad mistakes. We have three more SEHA home matches ahead but considering this outing I can't honestly say we deserve F4.

Ognjen Djeric, Tatran Presov player:
We started well but somehow stopped after 10 or 15 minutes allowing Nexe to open the gap. Their line player was a big problem for us and we also missed some clear chances. I agree, the result is not that bad considering our performance.
