NEXE Nasice have managed to reach a new SEHA Gazprom victory beating Izvidjac with 30:27 confirming good form and prolonging series of good results in regional competition. Guys from Ljubuski have once again proved that they can despite of their young age play anyone in front of their fans but 3-goal deficit from the first half proved to be crucial with the goal gap being too big for them to close it and threaten the team from Nasice.

Right wingers were carrying guests towards an important victory with famous Croatian national team player Vedran Zrnic scoring 5 goals and newly named national team player Josip Bozic-Pavletic netting 7 from as much attempts. Srsen also scored 5 with Perica Lelic gathering 12 saves. Hosts were on the other side led by duo Sarac and Hrstic who have scored 8 goals each.

Izvidjac are playing really solid handball. We’ve played solid defense today but were making too many mistakes in attack. Judging by the results it does seem like an easy win but it was far from it as this was a really tough game for us to play.

Zdenko Grbavac, Izvidjac CO coach:
We’ve entered the match with a lot of fear and whole lot of respect for our opponents. They’ve improved with new coach and we did not manage to deliver best performance we can with our playmaker Mario Pavlak being sidelined for the match due to illness. We do not have enough experience yet, our players are young and I hope it will improve through time.

We did not expect we’ll have to keep the rhythm so high throughout the whole match. I’d like to use this opportunity to congratulate Izvidjac on reaching SEHA League as they are a good young team which is handling the league quite well in my opinion. It is always a pleasure to play here.
