Maks Strumica - PPD Zagreb

There was no doubt about the winner in a match between PPD Zagreb and Maks Strumica with Croatian champions reaching an easy 40:21 (21:12) victory. With three neww poinbts Croatian champions have managed to get back on top with 27 points leaving Maks at the bottom.

In absence of many of hbis playsers Maks' coach Andonov was forced to test some players on different positions giving Sokol a chance to show what he can do as a line player. PPD Zagreb were on the other side able to give a chance to some of their younger players who do not get quite as much chances usually.

Maks were ablke to play a competitive match for less than 10 minutes staying close until 4:5. However, after that, interesting part of the match was over with guests cruising towards a big lead with 7:0 series deciding the match in its early phase. Second part was just a routine for PPD Zagreb who were able to keep the big difference until the very end of the duel.

Well deserved victory for our today' guests. We were forced toplay with only 7 players today and this is the result of that. This is unfortunately for us a reality for these two teams. I wish them all the best.
