Tatran Prešov - Vojvodina

Serbian and Belarus champions - Vojvodina and Meshkov Brest will for the second time in only 48 hours meet in Novi Sad, on Monday 19.30 CET. Teams have a CL's clash behind them with guests celebrating convincing 26:35 victory.

Sergey Bebeshko' guys remain favorites but Vojvodina have already managed to surprise an opponent in such a similar situation earlier into the season in Prešov where they have managed to celebrate in Champions League after a clear loss in SEHA Gazprom League.

Nikola Marković, Vojvodina's coach:

We're once again playing in front of our fans which brings certain amount of responsibility. We remember the match in Brest where we've managed to remain close for 30 minutes but that was almost 2 months ago. We know have a chance to see whether we've managed to make a progress. Meshkov remain big favorites but we have nothing to lose.

Zoran Nikolić,Vojvodina's player:

I'd like to make a call for our fans to once again come and support us. We've raised in form and we're clearly playing better. Meshkov have amazing players and I'm sure it will be a good match.

Sergey Bebeshko , Meshkov’ coach:

It is difficult to play two matches in three days especially considering the fact we have players coming from international duties last week. Some of them have so far in the season played 17-18 matches which is too match but it is visible we’re improving and that’s what satisifies me. We have to focus on playing better when we’re in lead, it is surely a thing we have to work on in upcoming period.

Alexander Tioumentsev, Meshkov’s player:

Second clash with the same rival and this time in SEHA League. I think they are playing very good handball. It will be a difficult game but we have our goal and that is victory. We need a certain wave of positive emotions and motivation ahead of upcoming tough matches.
