Bojinović to France, Borac to Skopje

Фаворитот Вардар против аутсајдерот Борац

Vardar - Borac m:tel 6 (14/15)

After a home loss against Meshkov, Vardar's only option versus Bosnian champion (Saturday, 14.00 CET) is victory. They now have two defeats in a row, against PPD Zareb and Meshkov and they will have to deliver in order to stop bad series they are currently in.

Match is a clear example of a duel between favorite and an underdog considering both team's positions on table.. Vardar have five wins from seven games and Borac are still on only 1 point from eight matches. Coach raul Gonzales will surely rotate players as the game should be a routine one for the team from Skopje.

Borac will arrive in Skopje without Ratko Nikolić but also without Mladen Bojinović who has decided to leave the city of Banja Luka after a short period and sign with French Tremblay. In their last game Borac were at home beaten by Vesprem with 20:34.

Raul Gonzales, Vardar’s coach:

Borac has older and experienced players who know how to play handball. After two defeats in last two rounds, if we want to play on SEHA League's F4 we must win. This is a dangerous game because it is our last match before the break due to representative matches. We will prepare with our mind on victory and aim to play well.

Filip Lazarov, Vardar’s player:

Borac Banja Luka comes in Skopje as a total outsider. They have quality players, but they are showing poor performances and they are having weak results this season. As my coach Raul mentioned, it is our last match before international duties and I think this match we should use as routine, to try to stay healthy and hopefully win three points. We are Vardar and we have no other option but victory.

Boris Dvoršek, Borac m:tel's coach:

If Veszprem are among Europe's TOP 3 then Vardar are surely among TOP 6. We are expecting to play a good match in which we will enjoy. I've decided to give younger players a chance to show what they can against the best.
