Bojinović reinforces Borac, Zagreb wins Marrane, Veszprem Supercup

Borac m:tel have ahead of the start of SEHA Gazprom League's fifth season managed to reach an amazing reinforcement. After many years and remarkable  career in Spain (Leon, Bidasoa) and France (Montpellier, PSG) Mladen Bojinović has decided to return to his birth town. He will join Borac after a season PSG in which they have managed to win French League title. Bojinović has also, in Yugoslavian national team jersey won bronze medal on WCh back in 2001 in France. His experience and quality will surely strenghten Borac in both attack and defence.

 

PPD Zagreb have managed to win Marrane challenge tournament played in French capital. In semifinal they were better than African champions - Tunisian Africain with 28:21 (Stepančić 7) and in finals they were better than hosts Ivry with 29:27 (Stepančić 7). They will open fifth SEHA season against NEXE at home on Wednesday.

 

Reigning SEHA champions Veszprem have opened the season in best possible way, reaching Hungarian Supercup title against their biggest rivals PICK Szeged with 26:24 (Marguč 6).
