Lacković facing six month pause due to Achilles tendon injury

Vardar will after the match against Veszprem this weekend have to play without Croatian left back Blaženko Lacković for six months due to his Achilles tendon injury. He is already in Zagreb, waiting for surgery after which he will start with the process of rehabilitation.
Lacković has decided to come to Skopje this summer after playing for German Hamburg signing three year deal. Coach Gonzales was lately giving him a lot of his trust in both attack and defence but now he will have to consider sharing playing time between his remaining four left backs - Sergei Gorbok, Filip Lazarov, Ilija Abutović and Alexei Rastvorcev with last two playing mainly in defence.
