Petar Djordjic signs with Benfica, Nikola Potic to join Lübeck

Djordjic: “We won in front of our fans and finished the tournament on a high note“

After two seasons in Meshkov Brest, Serbian international Petar Djordjic decided it was time to move on as he will continue his career in Portuguese Benfica Lisbon. In his two seasons in Belarus, Djordjic helped his team take two domestic trophies as well as reach two SEHA - Gazprom League Final 4 tournaments being one of their most valuable offensive assets. He played a grand total of 27 SEHA League matches for the club from Brest scoring 123 goals.

PPD Zagreb have on the other hand after one year decided to part ways with Serbian right back Nikola Potic who will from the next season play for German Lübeck. In what was an injury-plagued season for Potic, Serbian national team player appeared in only two SEHA - Gazprom League games for Croatian champions.
