Leon Susnja signs a two-year deal with Wisla Plock
PPD Zagreb' line player Leon Susnja will after the end of this season say goodbye to his, now already former, 'Lions' team and continue his career in Polish Wisla Plock where he signed a two-year deal.
Susnja spent the last five years playing for PPD Zagreb winning five national both Championship and Cup trophies. By that, he was also a part of Croatian national team which went all the way on Mediterranean Games last summer.
“I needed a change and I wanted to try myself abroad. I like the way Wisla are playing the game of handball and I feel like I'll be a good fit. Goal is to keep on rising from season to season and try to narrow the gap between ourselves and Vive Kielce which I believe we're capable of doing“, concluded Leon Susnja.
