Veselin Vujovic and Dobrivoje Markovic will work together again. Experienced 32-years old Serbian left wing will play until at RK Zeleznicar Nis the end of the season led by Vujovic. He already worked with him at Vardar, PPD Zagreb, but also the U18 national team at the start of his career.
The member of the Serbian national team at Men's EHF EURO 2012, when the "Eagles" won a silver medal, will be more than a useful addition to the squad of team from "Cair" hall:
"I was without a club for three months, when I received Veselin Vujovic's call with very interesting offer from Zeleznicar. It's a team who had an important role in Serbian handball last season, won a trophy, was a step away from winning the Championship, with higher ambitions in current season. I have found myself in this story. I like the ambitious approach in Vujovic's system which I know very well. The team is very young, I met players during last few days on trainings. I am maybe the oldest right now, but with my spirit I consider myself young", said Dobrivoje Markovic for the official club's website.
Markovic's debut could be in away match against RK Metalurg in Skopje. Dobrivoje Markovic is sixth on the SEHA – Gazprom League all-time scoring list with 347 goals, mainly for Vardar and PPD Zagreb.
