The Slovakian champions and SEHA - Gazprom League and the EHF Cup participant s- Tatran Presov agreed a deal to sign Martin Stranovsky. The Slovakian international is going to join the team in the summer, as he signed a three-year contract. The left-winger currently plays in Bundesliga for EC Erlangen. He previously played for Ademar Leon and Barcelona!
Slavko Goluza, Tatran's head coach commented on the transfer for Tatran Presov's website: 'We need an experienced personality to lead this young and perspective team. He is a great leader, and has played in Germany and Spain for many years. We hope Martin will lead us to many successes including reaching the Champions League, as well as playing well in the SEHA- Gazprom League'.
Stranovsky is likely to be a good addition to this squad, and it will be interesting to see if Tatran Presov can made an even bigger step forward next season.
