- We expect to win, because we have experienced players than our rival Partizan. Serbian team compared the last year squad now have changed some players, and have more youngsters on some positions. They belong to an exceptional handballschool and club that played in the group stage of the Champions League last seasons".
"Tomorrow's match will be an additional competition for us, to be more prepared for next challenges in the Champions League against Barcelona. But let's go step by step. This is our first match at home, and a good chance to win the three points. I expect maximum concentration, play in two directions, defense and attack, serious approach and to respect the opponent, not to be underestimated, and first win, says Vardar coach, Zoran Kastratovic

Only change in squad will be goalkeeper Inaki Malumbres who completed documents for transfer, and just Stephen Terzic go to therapy for pain in his shooters shoulder. Kastratovic announced better game of his team, in terms of what they showed against Metalurg.

"We have more power in our hands. The match played with Metalurg was with 50 percent power. This team of Vardar is still looking for better performance, and need time to be on level we wanted. We score 28 goals, but missed penalties, some clearmissed shots. I am satisfied with some part of our game, and dissatisfied with the performance of goalkeepers. I think for better results in Champions League matches and SEHA league against stronger teams we need better performances of goalkeepers, Kastratović says.
