One of PPD Zagreb's best players so far this season, EHF Champions League's leading scorer at the moment and Croatian national team player Stipe Mandalinic will in January join German side Füchse Berlin as a replacement for Petar Nenadic who signed a contract with Hungarian champs and Champions League finalists Veszprem. According to Füchse Berlin' official website Mandalinic will stay at the club at least until the end of the season. Backcourt bomber proved himself as one of the leaders of 'Lions' this season and will certainly leave a bit of pressure on shoulders of Damir Bicanic and Matej Hrstic who will have to fill the void in the second part of the season along with Domagoj Pavlovic who is expected to return from an injury which kept him sidelined during the bigger part of the first half of the season.
