It's time for national team week!

Hrvatska - Slovenija

After 6 rounds of the SEHA - Gazprom League, it is time for a short international break. During the team week, from the 23rd to 29th October, national teams are going to play the World Cup 2019 qualifiers, as well as some friendlies that will be the second-to-last preparation for the upcoming European Championships. There are 40 SEHA club players who will also feature in national team selections, and 3 coaches will switch to a national team coach roles. Everything you need to know about team week is coming up.

The first match is scheduled for Thursday 26th of October at 6 pm. Slovenia and Croatia are going to face off in a friendly at Stozice hall in Ljubljana. On the same day, Russia and Slovakia are playing the IHF World Championship 2019 qualifier in Saint Petersburg at 7:30 pm.

On Friday, 27th of October, team Belarus takes on Switzerland in a friendly match. The clash is scheduled for 6:30 pm and this match should serve Belarusians well in order to prepare for the EURO. On 28th and 29th of October, Spain and Germany will clash in friendly matches as well. 

On Saturday 28th of October, Russia will continue their qualifying journey and travel to Finland. The match is to be played in Vantaa at 5 pm. On the same day, at 8:15 pm, Arena Zagreb court awaits for Croatia and Slovenia who play their second friendly match.

The team week is then concluded by Slovakia and Luxembourg on Sunday, 29th of October at 3 pm. In the slovakian Sporting Hall MSK arena in Povazska Bystrica the two teams are going to feature in a World Cup 2019 qualifying match.
