The new Regionaal SEHA League begins in Thursday in Belarus where to play Meshkov Brest and Tatran Presov.
Both teams start with ambitions to play in Final 4 tournament. Tatran failed to enter in-group matches of the Champions League, and Meshkov last year in the national championship did not manage to secure title.
