FINAL 4: Presenting No.1 MVM Veszprem

Veszprem

Current SEHA champions have once again proved to be number one favorites for the title this season. Regular season part without a loss with two draws against biggest rival Vardar. Lost point against Vardar is also the only one they lost on their court this season. Despite of having problems with their main players they have managed to compensate everything with long and quality bench and by that we also have coach change with Sabate replacing Ortega.

Style did not change much with strong defence led by Schuch and Terzić. They also have two great goalies Alilović and Mikler.

Sulić was in multiple occasions superbly replaced by Nilsson as well as Ilić by Slišković. Situation with Laszlo Nagy was not ideal with Zeitz and Gulyas being out through the bigger part of the season which forced them to look for reinforcement and they have found it in Spaniard Guardiola.

Biggest plus of the season is remarkable Gašper Marguč on the right side with everyone else playing on a good level contributing to top position after the regular part.  Ugalde even brought silver from EURO in Poland, Alilović and Slišković bronze.

By SEHA Gazprom League they are doing great in Champions League securing group spot 2 right after PSG and going through to quarter-finals after the victory against Ukrainian Motor Zaporozhye.
